The sleeve is comfortably snug. It is very soft. The vibration feature is amazing. The entire toy fits easily in your hand unlike many other similar toys that are quite large and clunky. This toy is great. It does exactly what you expect it to. It's not quiet, but it's not unpleasantly loud.

It does the job very, very well.

The one thing I've discovered is that the more lube you use the better, especially if you are thicker than average. And, choosing a higher speed seems to help overcome the friction, especially when starting things up and as the insert moves up and down. Since it's open-ended length isn't an issue.

Battery life is reasonable, recharges easily, but be sure to align the magnetically connected pins accurately. Battery connection is at the base of the handle, behind the twist-off cap.

Insert is soft with lots of interesting ridges, bumps, etc. Removes easily for cleaning - a little soap and water or toy cleaner and you're ready to go again. Instructions say not to turn the insert inside-out. My guess is if you do you will stress the material and it might rip or tear. It cleans easily and thoroughly without flipping it inside-out.

Only negative for me is that holding the handle it's easy to inadvertently push one of the control buttons. as you use the toy. It moves around a lot, so holding it in place can be a little bit of a challenge.

One of the better toys I've purchased. Very enjoyable.
