WHY DID I BUY THIS: This vibrating cock ring looked like it would be an interesting addition to my large collection of adult toys. I already own more than 20 insertable toys, multiple cock rings, several vibrating massagers, a few wearable toys, and a few insertable vibrating toys.

WHAT'S INSIDE: Inside the box you'll find the cock ring, a charging cable, and a small pamphlet of directions (see photo). The ring itself is made of soft silicon that stretches easily, making it easy to put on. The construction of it seems like it will be durable for several years.

CHARGING: There are two innocuous magnetic dots on the bottom of the toy that are used for charging (see photo). The USB charging cable doesn't plug in, as much as it magnetically snaps to the ring for charging. Since this is not your typical USB charging cable, you need to make sure you don't misplace it. Unique charging cables for an adult sex toy is normal, and it seems that every one of my toys has something different. If you are prone to losing your cables, you need to take extra care not to misplace this one.

The cable will snap to the toy when you bring them close (see photo). A blue ring will appear around the power button while charging (see photo). That blue like slowly blinks while it's charging, and it remains steady after it's fully charged. The instruction pamphlet didn't indicate the charging duration, but I did notice that it charged in under an hour. The only problem with this type of magnetic charger is that you can easily detach it if you're not careful how you set it down while charging. This is not a design flaw of the cock ring; it's simply how this technology works.

As such, the description and images on the details page for this item only portray usage by white heterosexual couples. I recognize that this approach is simply to appeal to the average buyer who might be dabbling with the idea of something a little extra kinky in the bedroom. I actually bought this with the intention to use it on my partner during one of our bondage scenes, and it worked perfectly.
